This event explores how both technology and product innovation can radically reduce food waste across the value chain. Students and young professionals will hear from David Turan Webb, founder of Mana Intelligence, on how software and data can cut food waste, and from Naama Nicotra, founder of NakedPak, on microplastic‑free edible packaging that makes food packaging disappear. Attendees will walk away with practical ideas and a deeper understanding of how to approach food waste from the perspective of builders, product creators, and future leaders in the foodtech space.
