Roladin Bakery: Behind the Scenes Tour and Baking Workshop
Just like challah, Roladin Bakery has become a part of Israeli life: a croissant and coffee on the way to the office, an indulgent cake on a birthday, sufganiyot and hamantaschen for the holidays and of course – soft and fragrant challah every Friday. In honor of Challah Fest, pastry chef Ortal Solomonov from Roladin’s main bakery will teach you all the secrets of making challah: new techniques for the perfect dough, types of challah braiding and interesting upgrades. Each participant will prepare two challahs – a classic challah and a savory challah with different braids.
Participants in the first round of the workshop will also receive a fascinating and unique glimpse behind the scenes of Roladin’s factory.

The workshops are for ages 17+.
The workshop space is kosher by the Lev Hasharon Rabbinate.
The workshop space is not allergen-free.
The workshop will require standing for the duration of the tasks.
