Finding Ground in Times of Intensity and Uncertainty

Come explore, together with others, what these times are stirring in you, find some ground, and set down a little of what you’ve been carrying.

The past three years of war have affected us in ways that are not always easy to put into words. Even as we keep functioning, we may feel exhausted, emotionally muted, or disconnected from ourselves and those closest to us. This group offers a space to pause, share what we are experiencing, and find some ground together.

How it works
Each evening focuses on a theme, opening a space for reflection and honest conversation. We draw on different forms of sharing, exercises, and elements of Family Constellations. Through our encounters with others, we recognize familiar patterns, discover aspects of ourselves that may have remained hidden, and strengthen our capacity to remain present even when life feels difficult.

Structure
The process has two parts of four evenings each. You can join either part on its own or the full eight sessions.

• Part I, Finding Our Ground: connection, changes since October 7, self-image, personal and collective conscience
• Part II, Moving Forward: me in relationship, me and my shadow, making peace inside, the future

Details

• Starts: Thursday, November 26, 8:00–10:30 PM
• Location: השמורה, Gordon Street, Tel Aviv
• Cost: 1,600 ILS for 8 sessions, or 800 ILS for 4 sessions
• Open to individuals and couples. Facilitated in English; Hebrew speakers are welcome and can pair up with other Hebrew speakers for exercises.
• Places are limited to support a safe and effective group process.

About your facilitator
Ariel Karmeli moved to Israel from Germany 30 years ago. For the past 20 years he has led personal development groups in Israel and across Europe, alongside his work with individuals and couples in private practice.
