ESRA Camera Club: Photography at the National Library
Capture one of Jerusalem’s most striking modern buildings from the inside out.
Join us for a special evening architectural photography shoot at the National Library of Israel, with the opportunity to photograph its impressive interior spaces and illuminated exterior after dark.
As a special part of the evening, the library has arranged an exclusive short guided visit at 18:00, offering participants a rare opportunity to see the fascinating automated underground storage and robotic stacks in action through a dedicated viewing window. This unique behind-the-scenes experience is not to be missed.
Afterwards, you’ll be free to explore the building and capture its distinctive architectural details before heading outside to photograph the library illuminated from within.
The shoot is suitable for both digital cameras and mobile phones, so photographers of all levels are welcome.
Participants wishing to enter the Reading Halls must obtain a personal NLI library card with a QR code in advance.
Location: National Library of Israel (NLI), Jerusalem
