How to request reassignment to a different position within\u00a0<\/strong>the army:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Fill out Form 55 (55 \u05d8\u05d5\u05e4\u05e1) which is the official request form to be submitted to the human resources office in your unit (\u05de\u05e9\u05e8\u05d3 \u05de\u05e9\u05d0\u05f4\u05df)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • The form must <\/strong>be signed by your direct officer and a high-ranking officer of your unit (with the rank of (\u05e1\u05d2\u05df \u05d0\u05dc\u05d5\u05e3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Along with the form (or on the back of the form), thoroughly explain the reasons why you are requesting to change your job in the army<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • In order to have your request examined as thoroughly as possible, it is recommended to include specific details and elaborate on the reasons for your request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If you are requesting to move into a combat role, please add\u00a0<\/strong>the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • For Males: <\/strong>Along with your request form, include the form for enlisting into combat service (\u05d8\u05d5\u05e4\u05e1 \u05d4\u05e6\u05d8\u05e8\u05e4\u05d5\u05ea \u05dc\u05dc\u05d7\u05d9\u05de\u05d4) and a personal review\/recommendation from a commanding officer (\u05d7\u05d5\u05d5\u05f4\u05d3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • For Females: <\/strong>Along with your request form, include a filled-out questionnaire regarding your preferred combat unit and a personal questionnaire (\u05e9\u05d0\u05dc\u05d5\u05df \u05e2\u05d3\u05e4\u05d5\u05ea \u05dc\u05dc\u05d7\u05d9\u05de\u05d4 \u05d5\u05e9\u05d0\u05dc\u05d5\u05df \u05d3\u05d9\u05d5\u05d5\u05d7 \u05e2\u05e6\u05de\u05d9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              All the aforementioned forms can be requested\/found at\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>your unit\u2019s Human Resources office<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>
