Nefesh B'Nefesh has launched a new cutting-edge 'One-Stop Aliyah Application' for North American citizens, in a joint venture with the Jewish Agency, to streamline the process of moving to Israel.

The new online application, which represents a breakthrough in aliyah technology, features a more user-friendly interface which enables prospective olim to apply for both Nefesh B'Nefesh services and aliyah eligibility approval by the Jewish Agency, in one application.

The latest technology has been incorporated to present a virtual Nefesh B'Nefesh representative who pops up on the user's screen, offering advice and guidance in navigating the online application. The presence ofthe virtual guide, which demonstrates how to fill out the application, creates a more personalized experience.

The application also features built-in live chat support, whereby a Nefesh B'Nefesh professional is available online to answer any questions that may arise. In addition, applicants will be able to scan and attach documents to the relevant sections ofthe application as well as check the status of their application on a specific personal webpage.

A hard copy application will still be available for olim who prefer to fill out a written application.

Nefesh B'Nefesh, together with the Jewish Agency for Israel, brought approximately 3,000 olim from North America and more than 600 olim from the UK in 2008 on five charter flights and 18 group flights.
