Following success in revitalizing Jewish immigration (aliyah) from
North America, the private Nefesh B'Nefesh organization has been given
control of immigration from the continent. Yael Katsman, Nefesh
B’Nefesh Director of Comunications, says in the interview
below, "The Jewish agency and Nefesh B’Nefesh have reached an
historic agreement. Nefesh B’Nefesh is going to become the primary
operational vehicle for promotion in North America, and the Jewish
Agency is going to be continuing it's responsibility on the immigration
eligibility process."
