Herzog Academic College\u2019s Academic Development Unit is seeking an Academic Development Project Coordinator<\/b> to support academic programs and processes.<\/div>\n
We are looking for a highly organized professional with a broad, systemic perspective and the ability to coordinate and drive processes across multiple academic stakeholders<\/b>. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented and structured environment and is skilled at bringing people together to advance initiatives in higher education.<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/div>\n
    \n
  • \n
    Coordinate and prepare documents and academic reports in accordance with the requirements of the Council for Higher Education in Israel (CHE)<\/b>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Track tasks, deliverables, and key milestones, while ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and quality of all materials.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Work closely with faculty members and academic units to collect and coordinate required materials.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Undertake additional projects and assignments according to the needs of the Academic Development Unit.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Required Qualifications<\/b><\/div>\n
      \n
    • \n
      Bachelor\u2019s degree required; Master\u2019s degree preferred.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      At least 3 years of experience<\/b> in one or more of the following areas: academic program coordination, office management, or coordination of complex projects and processes.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Excellent command of Hebrew and English<\/b>, including professional writing, editing, and translation skills.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Advanced proficiency in Excel<\/b>, as well as experience working with digital systems and tools.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Proven ability to work effectively with complex documents, spreadsheets, and large volumes of data.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, thoroughness, and discretion.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive tasks through to completion.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/div>\n
        \n
      • \n
        Familiarity with academic administrative systems.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Experience working with regulatory systems and requirements.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
