\nMayanot Israel, a leading Birthright Israel trip provider based in Jerusalem, brings thousands of
\nNorth American students to Israel every year in partnership with Chabad on Campus. Each Group
\nRegistration Manager owns a portfolio of Mayanot groups and directly manages three Customer
\nService Representatives (CSRs), moving those groups from recruitment to final Registration: knowing
\nevery group\u2019s real status, spotting risks early and handling requests from Chabad emissaries
\n(Shluchim).<\/p>\n
\n\u25cf Group Portfolio Ownership
\n\u25cf Own applications, interviews, eligibility, offers and assignments for your groups.
\n\u25cf Drive fulfillment and seats: capacity, waitlists, replacements and friend requests.
\n\u25cf Watch interview and document queues and step in early when work slips.
\n\u25cf Team Leadership
\n\u25cf Directly manage, coach and prioritize three CSRs: daily lists, quality and output.
\n\u25cf Coordinate CSR shift and channel coverage with the Director of Registration.
\n\u25cf Offers, Escalations & Handoff
\n\u25cf Manage offers, acceptances and replacements per policy and Birthright rules.
\n\u25cf Flag at-risk and high-demand groups early, with data and recommendations.
\n\u25cf Escalate complex eligibility cases; hand finalized groups to Trip Operations.<\/p>\n\n\n

\n\u25cf Strong ownership and judgment: manages many groups at once without losing detail.
\n\u25cf Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM systems and high-volume data.
\n\u25cf Leads execution staff with clear priorities, coaching and accountability.
\n\u25cf Confident with applicants, Shluchim and leadership; excellent English (no Hebrew needed).
