About the Role
\nMayanot Israel, a leading Birthright Israel trip provider based in Jerusalem, brings thousands of
\nNorth American students to Israel every year in partnership with Chabad on Campus. Our
\nRegistration Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the front-line team that keeps applicants
\nmoving: calling, interviewing, chasing documents and keeping records accurate. Each CSR works in a
\nGroup Registration Manager\u2019s pod. The focus is follow-through, responsiveness and volume.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n\u25cf Applicant Outreach & Interviews
\n\u25cf Make high-volume outbound calls on incomplete applications and documents.
\n\u25cf Conduct routine applicant interviews after training and log full notes right away.
\n\u25cf Help applicants with passports, proof documents, forms and system questions.
\n\u25cf Systems & Channel Coverage
\n\u25cf Work the daily follow-up lists set by your Group Registration Manager.
\n\u25cf Keep CRM statuses and notes accurate and up to date for your manager.
\n\u25cf Cover shared channel shifts set by the Director of Registration.
\n\u25cf Team Support
\n\u25cf Support data cleanup, list reviews and outreach projects during peak periods.
\n\u25cf Protect applicant confidentiality and escalate eligibility or sensitive cases.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\n\u25cf Excellent spoken and written English (Hebrew not required); at ease on the phone.
\n\u25cf Fast, reliable and highly organized, with strong attention to detail in high-volume work.
\n\u25cf Warm and patient, yet comfortable pushing applicants to complete their next steps.
\n\u25cf Quick to learn CRM and messaging systems; follows policy and knows when to escalate.
\n\u25cf Flexible during registration surges.
\n\u25cf Ablty to convey passion for Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael.<\/p>\n
