We are looking for a vibrant and dynamic person to fill the full-time position of Legal Operations Manager.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\u2022 Launching and overseeing immigration filings for corporate and private clients<\/p>\n
\u2022 Setting up and inviting teams to collaborate through dedicated software systems<\/p>\n
\u2022 Updating and tracking data flows in our customized application suite<\/p>\n
\u2022 Supporting attorneys with document management<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensuring translation requests for documents are handled properly<\/p>\n
\u2022 Managing and updating profiles in our immigration case management system \u2022 Updating statuses on internal boards for various filings either in progress or closed \u2022 Reviewing submissions checklists and coordinating with our vendors<\/p>\n
\u2022 Leading consular processing including opening of US Embassy accounts on behalf of clients<\/p>\n
\u2022 Review of DS-160s (online non-immigrant visa applications) and preparation of consular processing packs ahead of Embassy interviews<\/p>\n
\u2022 Scheduling of US Embassy interviews and a prep call with our team in advance<\/p>\n
\u2022 Review of passport status updates via the Department of State website<\/p>\n
\u2022 Communication with clients on visa processing and passport status updates<\/p>\n
\u2022 Updating our immigration software for future expiration dates on issued visas<\/p>\n
\u2022 Occasional \u201clight\u201d translations (Hebrew to English) and ad hoc tasks<\/p>\n
General requirements\/skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in law<\/p>\n
\u2022 Highly detail oriented<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to work independently<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 The ability to relate and communicate to clients and people at all levels<\/p>\n
\u2022 Native level English a must; advanced level Hebrew preferred<\/p>\n
\u2022 Faultless spelling and grammar<\/p>\n
\u2022 The ability to effectively prioritize and administer tasks as well as flexibility to do occasional work outside of office hours<\/p>\n
Preferred requirements\/skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business, IT operations or legal setting<\/p>\n
\u2022 Prior experience in immigration law is an advantage but not a must<\/p>\n
