We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, a problem solver, an independent thinker and someone who is resourceful, energetic, and genuinely interested in being a part of our team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200bLegal Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Drafting professional and accurate applications and positions to be presented to US Embassies and United States Citizenship and Immigration Service on behalf of clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Represent clients at US Embassies and consulates within the scope of consular based applications.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify legal and practical issues associated with each case and the appropriate action to be taken at each stage, bearing in mind proposed timelines.<br \/>\n\u2022 Correspond in a professional manner with a range of clients and be able to manage client expectations by discussing matters on the phone and via email.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage the entirety of cases as well as \u2018ad hoc\u2019 duties for any given matter.<br \/>\n\u2022 Stay current on business immigration law developments and contribute to firm&#8217;s thought leadership and marketing efforts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate in legal marketing events such as roundtables, conferences and webinars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful applicant will possess the following skills and qualities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Completion of law degree from leading university.<br \/>\n\u2022 Member in good standing of a US state bar.<br \/>\n\u2022 At least two years of US business immigration experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 Membership in American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) a plus.<br \/>\n\u2022 Native level English is a must.
