Immigration"},"content":{"rendered":"<table class=\"x_MsoNormalTable\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe intern will support the firm&#8217;s attorneys and legal team, including:<br \/>\nAssisting in the drafting of support letters, petitions and related case documents<br \/>\nAssisting in the preparation and review of Israeli corporate documentation, including corporate records, Registrar of Companies extracts, shareholder and board resolutions, and affidavits, writing legal articles and memos<br \/>\nOrganizing, reviewing and monitoring client documents and supporting evidence<br \/>\nAssisting in the preparation of filing packages for submission to USCIS and U.S. consular authorities<br \/>\nConducting preliminary legal and factual research<br \/>\nMaintaining case files and updating the firm&#8217;s case-management systems<br \/>\nSupporting client communication under attorney supervision<\/p>\n<table class=\"x_MsoNormalTable\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nFinal-year law student (Trom Mitmache) or law graduate eligible to commence the Israel Bar Association internship, including graduates of foreign law programs who satisfy the Bar&#8217;s eligibility requirements<br \/>\nFluency mother tongue-level English, written and spoken<br \/>\nHigh proficiency in Hebrew<br \/>\nProficiency in additional languages is an advantage<br \/>\nProficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with Monday.com and knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT is required<br \/>\n<strong>Personal Qualities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe firm places significant weight on attitude and professional commitment.
