Netzer Ariel is a nonprofit organization and Torah-based community initiative in the city of Ariel, Israel.<\/p>\n
Our organization promotes Jewish identity, education, student programs, community development, social welfare, and charitable initiatives, connecting people to Jewish values, the Land of Israel, and one another.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a motivated, well-connected, native English-speaking fundraising professional to help us expand our international donor network and develop long-term philanthropic partnerships.<\/p>\n
Our Two Main Fundraising Priorities<\/p>\n
1. Community Programs & Social Impact<\/p>\n
Supporting our ongoing educational, social, charitable, and community-building programs, including student engagement, Jewish identity initiatives, family assistance, and community development.<\/p>\n
2. Building Our New Synagogue & Community Center<\/p>\n
Our flagship project is the construction of a major synagogue and community complex in Ariel, designed to become a lasting center for prayer, Torah learning, Jewish life, and community activities for generations to come.<\/p>\n
Who We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n Native-level English speaker with a strong understanding of American Jewish culture and philanthropy.<\/p>\n Experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, or nonprofit partnerships.<\/p>\n Ability to identify potential donors, establish relationships, and secure financial support.<\/p>\n Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.<\/p>\n Existing connections within Jewish communities, foundations, or philanthropic networks are a significant advantage.<\/p>\n Willingness to participate in fundraising trips abroad.<\/p>\n What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n A long-term opportunity to build and lead meaningful fundraising relationships.<\/p>\n Direct collaboration with the organization’s CEO.<\/p>\n Two established fundraising priorities with significant growth potential.<\/p>\n Opportunities to participate in international fundraising trips and donor meetings.<\/p>\n Performance-based compensation, with terms to be agreed upon.<\/p>\n An opportunity to make a lasting impact on Jewish life and community development in Israel.<\/p>\n We are not looking for someone to run a single campaign.
