The Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem hotel is seeing an Accounts Payable Associate to join their Finance team.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a professional, responsible, and organized finance specialist to join our finance department and become part of a prestigious, professional, and dynamic work environment.<\/p>\n
Job Description:<\/strong> – Bookkeeping certification (Levels 1 & 2) \u2013 Mandatory.
\n– Handle supplier invoices, including data entry and system verification.
\n– Reconcile supplier ledgers and perform bank reconciliations.
\n– Prepare supplier payments and conduct payment controls.
\n– Monitor supplier balances and handle exceptions.
\n– Liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
\n– Perform routine accounting tasks as required by the department.<\/p>\n\n\n
\n Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n– Prior experience in accounts payable \u2013 Significant advantage.
\n– Proficient in Excel.
\n– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n– Responsibility, thoroughness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
\n– Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
