We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Apparel Designer to lead the execution of our performance-driven collections. You will bridge the gap between creative design and mass production, ensuring every garment meets our rigorous standards for fit, durability, and athletic functionality.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of body mapping, textile compression, and advanced construction techniques.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n– Technical Development: Contribute to the creation of our performance wear collection, including preparing tech packs, detailed construction specs, and Bills of Materials.
\n– Fit Leadership: Assist in analyzing fit intent and provide clear feedback to overseas and domestic factories to achieve the perfect fit.
\n– Gear & Apparel Integration: Partner directly with Gear Designers to develop “Integrated Systems.” Ensure apparel features align perfectly with gear contact points to eliminate chafing, optimize access, and enhance load-carrying stability.
\n– Systemic Fit Architecture: Work with the design team to design and refine fit blocks that account for layering systems worn with technical equipment.
\n– Innovation & R&D: Support the exploration of smart construction techniques, performance textiles, and functional features.
\n– Wear Testing: Collaborate with the product testing team to analyze feedback from soldiers and integrate technical adjustments to improve garment longevity and comfort.
\n– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure apparel aligns with both aesthetic goals and production standards.
\n– Design for Manufacturing: Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure all creative and integrated gear concepts are optimized for development.<\/p>\n

\n– Technical: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, familiarity with 3D design software (CLO 3D or Browzwear) is a plus.
\n– Material Knowledge: Solid understanding of synthetic polymers, performance, naturals, and textile treatments.
\n– Education: Degree in Fashion Design.<\/p>\n
