In this role, you will play a key part in driving our fundraising strategy, building meaningful relationships with donors and foundations, and securing grant funding to support our vital programs and mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<br \/>\nGrant Writing &amp; Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Research, identify, and track new funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals, letters of inquiry (LOIs), and grant reports.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary data, impact metrics, and stories for proposals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain a calendar of grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and submission status.<br \/>\nDonor Relations &amp; Development Support<br \/>\n\u2022 Draft engaging donor communications, including thank-you letters, campaign appeals, and regular organizational updates.<br \/>\n\u2022 Organize and support donor meetings, briefings, and fundraising events.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain and update the donor database (CRM) to ensure accurate tracking of contributions, pledges, and donor interactions.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Languages: Native-level English (written and spoken) is essential.
