The Opportunity<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
We help companies build dedicated, compliant teams in India, from a few staff in accounting, finance, IT, or <\/span><\/span>back<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>office functions up to fully managed teams. Our delivery operation in India is established and running. We <\/span><\/span>are now opening the Israel, Europe,<\/span><\/span> and USA markets, and we are looking for the person who will build it.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
This is a ground<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>floor role. You start by building and closing the pipeline yourself. As the business grows, you hire <\/span><\/span>and lead the team that grows it further. You will work directly with the principal, who handles senior<\/span><\/span>
relationships, key introductions, a<\/span><\/span>nd strategy. The execution is yours.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What You Will Do<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify and approach target clients in Israel, Europe, and the USA: tech companies and scale<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>ups, <\/span><\/span>accounting and professional<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>services firms, and mid<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>market businesses looking for high<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>quality talent.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Run the full sales cycle yourself: prospecting, outreach, discovery meetings, proposals, negotiation, and <\/span><\/span>signed contracts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Build the market presence: LinkedIn, targeted campaigns, events, and referral networks.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Work closely with the India delivery team to scope client needs and hand off signed clients cleanly.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Stay engaged with your accounts after signing, so clients grow with us and stay.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> As the business scales, recruit, build, and manage the sales team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> High<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>energy and quick.<\/span><\/span> You thrive juggling many conversations at once, move fast, and get bored when <\/span><\/span>things slow down.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> A proven top performer in sales.<\/span><\/span> You have a track record of hitting and beating targets in B2B sales, ideally <\/span><\/span>in staffing, outsourcing, recruitment, or professional services.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Experienced in growing teams.<\/span><\/span> You have hired, built, or led a sales or business development team, and you <\/span><\/span>want to do it again.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Credible at the top.<\/span><\/span> You are comfortable with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and COOs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Finance or accounting background is a plus.<\/span><\/span> Many of our clients are CFOs, accounting firms, and finance <\/span><\/span>teams, and they hire us for finance and accounting roles. Speaking their language is a real advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span> Fluent in English and Hebrew. An existing network in the Israeli tech, finance, or professional<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>services <\/span><\/span>community, or experience selling into Europe or the USA, is a strong advantage<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
