{"id":100040276,"date":"2026-09-23T18:44:22","date_gmt":"2026-09-23T18:44:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=100040276"},"modified":"2026-09-23T18:45:21","modified_gmt":"2026-09-23T18:45:21","slug":"legal-associate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/job\/legal-associate\/","title":{"rendered":"Legal Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>MISSION:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Legal Research &amp; Analysis: Conduct legal and regulatory research on record retention, data compliance and cross-border data transfers, with a particular focus on French-speaking jurisdictions and, where required, other international jurisdictions with the support of local law firms.<br \/>\n\u2022 Database Management: Translate research findings into clear, accurate and structured database entries, ensuring content complies with established methodologies, processes and data standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and proactively update the database to ensure information remains accurate, current and comprehensive.<br \/>\n\u2022 User Support: Perform the initial triage of users\u2019 questions regarding legal and regulatory requirements and provide clear, accurate responses based on the available research and database content.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaboration &amp; Quality: Work closely with internal teams and external legal counsel to validate information, address complex research matters and maintain the overall quality and reliability of the database.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have a bachelor\u2019s degree in law from a university of good standing;<br \/>\n\u2022 Have previous experience in legal research, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area;<br \/>\n\u2022 Have a strong ability to understand, analyse and interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements, including across foreign jurisdictions;<br \/>\n\u2022 Be a native French speaker and proficient in English, knowledge of other languages would be an asset;<br \/>\n\u2022 Have excellent attention to detail and a meticulous, organized approach to their work;<br \/>\n\u2022 Be able and ready to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing workloads, priorities and business requirements;<br \/>\n\u2022 Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be a good team player with a positive, can-do attitude;<br \/>\n\u2022 Have experience, exposure and\/or a strong interest in working with international teams;<br \/>\n\u2022 Have good computer skills, including a good command of MS Word, MS Excel and other commonly used business applications;<br \/>\n\u2022 Be familiar with legal research databases such as Westlaw or similar tools.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"react-pdf__Page css-113\" data-page-number=\"3\">\n<pre data-main-rotation=\"0\"> Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
