{"id":100040215,"date":"2026-09-15T18:40:30","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T18:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=100040215"},"modified":"2026-09-15T18:40:30","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T18:40:30","slug":"studio-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/job\/studio-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"\u200bStudio Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<table class=\"x_MsoNormalTable\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u200bLocation: Tel Aviv (Full-time, in-office role; requires flexibility and occasional availability outside regular hours or on Fridays according to exhibitions, productions, and events)<\/p>\n<p>\u200bA leading and successful art studio operating locally and internationally is seeking a Studio Manager for a central, dynamic, and hands-on role.<br \/>\nThe position combines day-to-day business and operational management, financial administration, international project coordination, and studio team leadership.<br \/>\n\u200bMain Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u200bOperational, Administrative &amp; Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cash flow, invoices, payments, financial interfaces (bookkeeping\/accounting), contracts, suppliers, and revenue tracking.<br \/>\n\u200bTeam Management &amp; Execution: Coordinate the studio team, freelancers, and suppliers; set priorities, allocate tasks, and follow up through complete execution.<br \/>\n\u200bLogistics &amp; International Projects: Coordinate with museums, galleries, institutions, and clients in Israel and abroad; manage artwork inventory, storage, international shipping, customs, and insurance.<br \/>\n\u200bProcess Optimization: Improve work procedures and implement advanced digital tools to streamline studio operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<br \/>\n\u200bTechnological Tools \u2013 Mandatory: Excellent command of Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Excel, alongside hands-on experience and solid knowledge of AI tools for work, research, and process optimization.<br \/>\n\u200bPresence: Willingness to work full-time from the studio offices in Tel Aviv.<br \/>\n\u200bEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree \u2013 required. (Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance \u2013 an advantage).<br \/>\n\u200bExperience: At least 3 years of experience in a management, operations, or small-to-medium business\/office management role with multi-tasking responsibilities.<br \/>\n\u200bPeople &amp; Project Management: Experience managing employees, suppliers, or projects \u2013 required.
