Christian partners, and major donors), and expand our impact worldwide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities :<\/strong><br \/>\nStrategy &amp; Planning: Develop and execute multi-year international fundraising strategies, goals, and budgets.<br \/>\nDonor Cultivation &amp; Stewardship: Identify, expand, and retain high-value relationships across global networks, foundations, and private donors.<br \/>\nGrants &amp; Communications: Oversee the preparation of compelling grant proposals, donor reports, and fundraising communications in English.<br \/>\nLeadership &amp; Representation: Lead the international department, manage external vendors, and represent\u00a0<span class=\"markylzco2jkp\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\" data-ogsbtc=\"\" data-ogsbrc=\"\" data-ogsbbc=\"\" data-ogsblc=\"\">Pitchon<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"markb84yoa8qx\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\" data-ogsbtc=\"\" data-ogsbrc=\"\" data-ogsbbc=\"\" data-ogsblc=\"\">Lev<\/span>\u00a0in global missions, conferences, and donor visits (including international travel).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements :<\/strong><br \/>\n5+ years of relevant experience in international fundraising and resource<br \/>\nevelopment (nonprofit sector preferred).<br \/>\nExperience as a Jewish Federation representative in Israel \u2013 an advantage.<br \/>\nProven experience in developing and maintaining relationships, fundraising and securing significant grants and donations, with Jewish communities, foundations, or international philanthropic partners.<br \/>\nExperience in grant writing, donor reporting, and development of fundraising materials.<br \/>\nStrong leadership and project management capabilities<br \/>\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English; native-<span class=\"markb84yoa8qx\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\" data-ogsbtc=\"\" data-ogsbrc=\"\" data-ogsbbc=\"\" data-ogsblc=\"\">lev<\/span>el English strongly preferred;
