Student Life and Program Management remain responsible for broader student supervision and operational implementation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Hod Hasharon, Israel Reports to: School Doctor<\/p>\n<p>This is a part-time position (approximately 50%) including at least 2 evenings as on call.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Direct On-Campus Medical Presence<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Be physically present on campus during scheduled weekly hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Prioritize arrival days, orientation days, trip days, and other high-need program days.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Be available to students and staff during defined campus hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Provide basic medical assessment, guidance, and referral when needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Support Student Life in handling routine student health matters.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Build familiarity with students and staff so medical support is accessible and visible.<\/p>\n<p>2. Evening Consultation Availability<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Be available during a defined evening consultation window on program evenings, generally for a couple of hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Provide guidance to Student Life or relevant staff if medical questions or concerns arise.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Advise whether a situation can be monitored, requires parent communication, or should be escalated.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Support decision-making while emergency situations continue to follow the school\u2019s emergency protocol.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 This availability is part of the role and should be counted as work time, not treated as open-ended availability.<\/p>\n<p>3. Medical Intake, Review, and Risk Flagging<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Collect and review student medical forms and health information.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Identify allergies, medications, medical conditions, emotional or physical health needs, and other relevant concerns.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Flag cases requiring parent follow-up, physician clarification, staff awareness, or internal escalation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ensure that medical needs are understood before students arrive or as early as possible during the program.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Help determine whether proposed solutions are realistic, appropriate, and safe.<\/p>\n<p>4. Documentation, Bureaucracy, and Follow-Up<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Maintain organized student medical files and reporting systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Follow up on missing forms, parent clarifications, and required documentation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Document medical incidents, follow-up actions, and relevant communication.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Support filing or reporting to relevant providers, authorities, insurance, or internal systems where needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Coordinate with parents, external medical providers, and relevant staff when follow-up is required.<\/p>\n<p>5.
