We\u2019re expanding Live Speaking – our fun, live online conversational English program for elementary and middle school kids across Israel. We\u2019re looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing team and provide real-time help to our international native English teachers and partner schools.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong> Working Hours:<\/strong> <\/p>\n Who We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong> You\u2019ll Be a Great Fit If You:<\/strong>
\n– Offer real-time support during online classes (technical help, language barriers with Hebrew-speaking students, classroom challenges).
\n– Handle customer service queries from school staff and parents.
\n– Arrange teacher substitutions and help international teachers acclimate to Israeli schools.
\n– Deliver fast, professional, and friendly assistance.<\/p>\n
\n– Full-Time: Sun-Thu 08:00-16:30. Ability to work every second Friday (08:00-13:30) is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
\n– Experience working within the Israeli education system (teaching or school-based experience is an advantage).
\n– Strong customer service skills and a helpful, solution-oriented mindset.
\n– Confident with online video platforms, especially Zoom – you\u2019ll be troubleshooting and supporting teachers and schools in real time.
\n– Near-native fluency in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
\n– Comfortable in a fully digital environment. Much of the communication happens via Business WhatsApp on computer, so strong typing skills and fluent written communication are essential.
\n– Comfortable working on-site at our Raanana HQ.<\/p>\n
