{"id":100039984,"date":"2026-08-18T18:32:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-18T18:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=100039984"},"modified":"2026-08-18T18:32:00","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T18:32:00","slug":"hebrew-english-client-success-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/job\/hebrew-english-client-success-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Hebrew-English Client Success Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Personally manage approximately 8\u201312 Google Ads accounts<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Manage budgets, bidding, keywords, and search terms<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Review search terms and add negative keywords<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Analyze conversions, lead quality, and call performance<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Work with CallRail and CallTrackingMetrics<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Diagnose problems and make recommendations before major changes<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Document changes, experiments, findings, and results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements:<\/h3>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">At least five years of hands-on Google Ads management experience<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Strong lead-generation campaign experience<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Home-services advertising experience is strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Experience with conversion tracking, lead-quality analysis, and offline conversions<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Strong English proficiency<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Hebrew is an advantage<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Consistent U.S. Eastern Time availability<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Strong ownership, communication, and independent working skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The selected person must perform the account work personally.
