We are looking for a relationship builder who can develop strategic partnerships, strengthen donor relationships, build community engagement, and help create the infrastructure for Navah&#8217;s long-term growth.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u25cf Develop partnerships with Jewish communities, synagogues, organizations, and businesses in Israel and the United States.<br \/>\n\u25cf Build and lead Navah&#8217;s Community Ambassador Program.<br \/>\n\u25cf Review and strengthen Navah&#8217;s donor database and donor stewardship strategy.<br \/>\n\u25cf Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors and partners.<br \/>\n\u25cf Develop meaningful engagement opportunities for visitors, delegations, and supporters.<br \/>\n\u25cf Explore strategic collaborations that increase Navah&#8217;s visibility, sustainability, and fundraising opportunities.<br \/>\n\u25cf Coordinate growth initiatives from planning through implementation.<br \/>\n\u25cf Oversee updates to the English website and coordinate with external marketing and digital professionals to ensure all materials support Navah&#8217;s development goals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is:<br \/>\n\u25cf A English level speaker with exceptional verbal communication skills.<br \/>\n\u25cf An outstanding relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u25cf Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br \/>\n\u25cf Strategic, resourceful, and self-motivated.<br \/>\n\u25cf An excellent project manager with strong attention to detail and follow-through.<br \/>\n\u25cf Comfortable initiating conversations, cultivating relationships, and representing Navah professionally.<br \/>\n\u25cf C<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">apable <\/span>about strengthening the Jewish community and making a meaningful social impact.<br \/>\nPreferred experience: nonprofit development, community engagement, partnerships, donor relations, project management, or business development.<\/p>\n<div class=\"job_listing-description job-overview col-md-9 col-sm-12\">\n<pre>Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
