\nCovering a wide range of tasks from technical\\compliance\\accounting and following up until they’re sorted.
\nGetting ahead of problems by spotting patterns and reaching out first.
\nBuilding relationships, client retention, and recognizing business opportunities
\nHelping build the FAQs, guides, and articles to better clients’ knowledge
\nWorking closely with Sales, Tech, Operations, and Compliance departments, because support is a team effort.<\/p>\n
\nClear communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
\nQuick thinker. You rapidly assess situations and take decisive action.
\nAmazing interpersonal skills
\nMultitasking skills
\nFamiliarity with CRM programs and tech software adaptability
\nThe kind of person who owns their work, speaks up when something’s off, and wants to make things better.
\nExperience in customer support is an advantage<\/p>\n
