We are seeking a full-time Aliyah Advisor to join a dynamic and dedicated team.\u00a0You’ll work in our Jerusalem office and assist in the planning and details of bringing\u00a0hundreds of people\u2019s dream to make Aliyah to fruition. \u00a0This includes everything from
\nmeetings, phone calls and events. You’ll work collaboratively with the team and\u00a0various departments to provide exceptional output. You’ll be at the center of the\u00a0action and we want a detail-oriented and passionate person to get started!<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Managing Aliyah applications and resources for Olim
\n2. Conducting individual counseling meetings and outreach via telephone, email and social media<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

All work hours are from our Jerusalem office, with at least 2 days from 12:00-20:00<\/p>\n

1. Proven experience with customer service<\/p>\n

2. Familiarity with North American Jewry
\n3. University degree from USA or Israel
\n4. Israel experience of at least 2 years<\/p>\n

5. Mother tongue level English and conversational Hebrew
\n6. Strong technical skills and familiarity with database usage
\n7.
