This is a hands-on recruitment role responsible for working with our team to understand staffing needs, attracting and screening qualified candidates, conducting first-round interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process through the final interview stage.<\/p>\n

\nFull-time, remote position
\nAvailable for some potential overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
\nHands-on responsibility for recruitment and candidate screening
\nOpportunity to help develop organized and effective recruitment processes<\/p>\n
\nMeet with hiring managers and team leads to understand current and anticipated hiring needs, clarify job responsibilities, required qualifications, schedules, and ideal candidate profiles
\nDraft, update, and post job descriptions and job advertisements
\nIdentify appropriate job boards, professional networks, community resources, referral channels, and other sourcing opportunities
\nReview r\u00e9sum\u00e9s and applications against established position requirements
\nConduct first-round screening interviews, including recorded video interviews when required
\nEvaluate candidates\u2019 experience, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall suitability
\nPrepare clear candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers
\nCoordinate second-round and final interviews with the appropriate interviewers
\nMaintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
\nFollow up with hiring managers regarding interview feedback and next steps
\nConduct professional-reference checks when requested
\nKeep candidate information and hiring-status trackers accurate and up to date throughout the recruitment process.
\nTrack recruitment activity and hiring metrics, including applicant volume, time to fill, interview-to-offer rates, and offer acceptance rates
\nDevelop candidate pipelines for positions that are recruited for regularly
\nHelp ensure a professional, organized, and consistent candidate experience
\nAssist with additional general HR projects as needed<\/p>\n
\nPrior 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role
\nDemonstrated experience reviewing applications and conducting candidate interviews
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills
\nAbility to evaluate candidates objectively and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations
\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
\nAbility to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
\nStrong professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
\nAbility to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment
\nComfortable communicating with candidates and hiring managers from varied professional, cultural, religious, and educational backgrounds
\nNative-level fluent English
\nMust be available to work from Israel<\/span>
\nProficiency with video-conferencing tools, spreadsheets, job boards, and common recruitment platforms
\nReliable home internet connection and an appropriate remote-work environment<\/p>\n
\nBachelor\u2019s and\/or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
\nExperience recruiting for remote positions
\nExperience recruiting candidates from varied cultural, religious, educational, and professional backgrounds
\nExperience sourcing candidates through both conventional and community-based recruitment channels
\nFamiliarity with applicant-tracking systems
\nExperience using recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes
