Position Overview<\/strong>
\nReporting to the Senior Business Systems Operations Manager, the Business Systems & Salesforce Manager is a strategic partner responsible for optimizing itrek\u2019s technology ecosystem to drive growth and efficiency. You will own the operational health of our core platforms, lead the organization\u2019s AI and automation strategy, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with an “automation-first” mindset, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and organizational mission.<\/p>\n

Primary Responsibilities<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator: Own system configuration, security, automation, data integrity, and ongoing platform maintenance.
\n\u25cf Own the organizational tech stack: Manage the operational health, integration, and lifecycle (including licensing and governance) of Salesforce,\u00a0Monday.com, FormAssembly, Google Workspace, and other key business platforms.
\n\u25cf Drive digital transformation & AI strategy: Lead the implementation of AI-driven tools, automation, and system enhancements to improve productivity and efficiency.
\n\u25cf Act as a strategic technology partner: Advise leadership on tech investments and collaborate with departments to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
\n\u25cf Manage technical projects & vendors: Oversee the full project lifecycle\u2014from requirements gathering to implementation\u2014while serving as the primary liaison for third-party consultants and vendors.
\n\u25cf Ensure data integrity, security, and knowledge sharing: Establish governance frameworks, manage user access, maintain documentation, and lead training initiatives to ensure reliable system performance, operational consistency, and widespread user adoption.<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications<\/strong>
\n\u25cf 3\u20135+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience required, including system configuration, security, reporting, automation, and user management.
\n\u25cf Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, gather business requirements, and translate organizational needs into scalable technology solutions.
\n\u25cf Experience administering business systems, managing integrations between platforms, and leading cross-functional technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
\n\u25cf Experience designing, implementing, and managing AI-powered automations (e.g., via\u00a0Make.com, Zapier, or native AI platform integrations).
\n\u25cf Experience with large language model (LLM) implementation, prompt engineering, or AI tool administration in a business context.
\n\u25cf Experience developing reports, dashboards, automations, documentation, and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
\n\u25cf Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications
\n\u25cf Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
\n\u25cf Experience administering FormAssembly, including Salesforce Connectors (prefill and post-submission), HTTP Connectors, and basic CSS customization.
\n\u25cf Experience administering Google Workspace.
\n\u25cf Experience designing and maintaining\u00a0Monday.com\u00a0automations.
\n\u25cf Experience with\u00a0Make.com\u00a0or similar integration and workflow automation platforms.
\n\u25cf Experience managing third-party technology vendors and consultants.<\/p>\n
