A global company is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, track tasks, and maintain ongoing relationships with partners worldwide.<\/p>\n

Job Description & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daily Operations & Administration: Task management, follow-ups, tracking responses to inquiries, and maintaining system order and organization.<\/p>\n

Communication & Partner Relations: Establishing initial contact and maintaining continuous relationships with agencies, lawyers, and leading professionals abroad.<\/p>\n

Process Management & Tracking: Coordinating calls, sending materials, and dispatching structured newsletters and emails.<\/p>\n

Work Environment: Joining a small, high-quality, and dynamic team while independently leading end-to-end tasks and processes.<\/p>\n

Daily work in English with international stakeholders and integration of AI tools into work processes.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mother-tongue-level English (spoken and written) \u2013 Mandatory!<\/p>\n

High-level Hebrew \u2013 Mandatory.<\/p>\n

Administrative, operational, or project coordination experience \u2013 Mandatory.<\/p>\n

Ability to work fully independently, strong self-management, initiative, and high organizational skills.<\/p>\n

Excellent interpersonal skills, representativeness, and outstanding communication abilities.<\/p>\n

Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot) \u2013 Advantage.<\/p>\n

Proficiency in Spanish \u2013 Advantage.<\/p>\n
