We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to establish, lead, and scale NanoClear’s global operations infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n The ideal candidate is an operational builder with a proven track record of scaling physical product companies within manufacturing-driven and mass production industries. They combine strategic operational leadership with execution capabilities, building organizations, systems, and supply chains from the ground up while ensuring every commercial opportunity can be delivered efficiently, reliably, and at scale.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Build and lead NanoClear\u2019s global operations infrastructure from raw material sourcing through customer delivery, enabling rapid and scalable growth<\/p>\n \u25cf Establish and manage global supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, quality, inventory, logistics, and distribution capabilities<\/p>\n \u25cf Build scalable operational processes, systems, controls, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure<\/p>\n \u25cf Develop and manage global supplier, subcontract manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and strategic operational partnerships<\/p>\n \u25cf Build a resilient supply chain through supplier qualification, risk management, inventory planning, and business continuity processes<\/p>\n \u25cf Lead manufacturing readiness, NPI, BOM management, engineering changes, and the transition from product development to scaled production<\/p>\n \u25cf Establish quality management systems, traceability processes, continuous improvement programs, and cost-of-quality controls<\/p>\n \u25cf Implement Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand forecasts, production capacity, procurement, and inventory<\/p>\n \u25cf Build the operational foundation required for U.S. market entry and global expansion, supporting 5\u201310x company growth<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Proven experience as a COO, VP Operations, or senior operations executive in an early-stage or high-growth company<\/p>\n \u25cf Proven track record of building operations, supply chain, and manufacturing organizations from the ground up<\/p>\n \u25cf Experience scaling physical products within manufacturing-driven, industrial, or hardware businesses<\/p>\n \u25cf Deep understanding of supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and global operations<\/p>\n \u25cf Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI), production transfer, BOM management, and engineering change processes<\/p>\n \u25cf Experience implementing operational systems and reporting infrastructure<\/p>\n \u25cf Strong understanding of contract manufacturing and supplier management across international markets<\/p>\n \u25cf Ability to operate independently without a large existing operations organization<\/p>\n \u25cf Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and project management skills<\/p>\n \u25cf Fluent English required<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Highly Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Experience in water technology, pool and spa, industrial equipment, climate technology, or related hardware industries<\/p>\n \u25cf Experience establishing international manufacturing and distribution networks<\/p>\n \u25cf Experience supporting U.S. market expansion and global commercialization<\/p>\n \u25cf Experience building operations capable of supporting high-volume production and multi-territory growth<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n A strategic and hands-on operational leader who thrives in building organizations from the ground up.
