We are seeking an experienced CFO with a track record of scaling finance operations in manufacturing-driven, hardware, or industrial companies with supply chains and production economics, to build and lead our financial strategy as we grow.<\/p>\n

Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n The CFO will partner with the founders to lead financial operations, capital raising, compliance, and long-term strategic planning across Israel, the U.S., and beyond.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Lead capital raising (Seed \u2192 A \u2192 B), investor strategy, and due diligence<\/p>\n \u25cf Build and own financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management<\/p>\n \u25cf Establish financial systems, controls, reporting, and governance<\/p>\n \u25cf Working with external bookkeeping and Big4 auditor<\/p>\n \u25cf Ensure compliance with Israeli Companies Law, tax rules etc<\/p>\n \u25cf Oversee cross-border structures, transfer pricing, and financial operations<\/p>\n \u25cf Support manufacturing, supply chain\/unit economics, and global commercialization<\/p>\n \u25cf Integrate IP strategy into financial planning and valuation<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf CFO or VP Finance experience in early-stage companies<\/p>\n \u25cf Deep-tech, water tech, or hardware experience<\/p>\n \u25cf Proven track record raising capital<\/p>\n \u25cf Familiarity with Israeli corporate, tax, labor, and securities law<\/p>\n \u25cf Experience with U.S. subsidiary<\/p>\n \u25cf Strong modeling, analytical, and communication skills<\/p>\n \u25cf Hands-on – able to work without internal financial team<\/p>\n \u25cf Ability to translate complex technical, commercial, and financial concepts into clear insights for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n \u25cf Fluency in English and AI tools<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Strategic, analytical, and reliable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment.<\/p>\n \u25cf A hands-on partner who can build structure, establish processes, and support intensive global growth.<\/p>\n \u25cf Comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments while maintaining financial discipline and strategic focus.<\/p>\n \u25cf Able to work effectively in a remote environment with weekly management meetings in Jerusalem.<\/p>\nTell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
