We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and a solid understanding of day-to-day bookkeeping functions.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting general bookkeeping needs across the organization. This role requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required Experience working with multiple entities

\nStable and reliable internet connection
\nMust be available to work full-time EST hours during training
\nAfter training, must be available for some required EST hours
