The position includes a company car and occasional short trips\/flights abroad (Europe) from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting directly to: Global VP of Sales and Marketing (located in Europe) and the local company CEO in Israel.<\/p>\n<p>A leading global company that develops and manufactures advanced technological solutions for defense industries is seeking a Technical Sales Operations &amp; Project Coordinator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role serves as the central, strategic liaison between major defense clients in Israel, the local Sales Manager, and the company\u2019s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Europe. This is a fascinating operational and technological position, combining project management, engineering and logistical coordination, and working with senior interfaces both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Account &amp; Project Coordination: End-to-end management of the sales and order cycle \u2013 from receiving initial customer requirements in Israel to final delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Engineering &amp; Logistical Coordination: Translating and synchronizing technical requirements and complex specifications from defense clients in Israel with production engineers and process managers at the manufacturing site abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Certification &amp; Quality Processes: Leading and managing certification processes, quality approvals, and complex import\/export licensing required for defense industries.<\/p>\n<p>Sales Partnership &amp; Support: Working closely and in full synergy (Teaming) with the local field Sales Manager to advance business opportunities.<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
