A leading company managing a real estate portfolio in Israel and abroad is seeking a Property Manager (Financial and Asset Portfolio Manager) with a broad financial and business vision. The role combines operational, financial, and legal management of assets in Israel and abroad.<\/p>\n
\u200bOffice Location: Caesarea
\nPosition Scope: Full-time. Includes visits to assets in Israel and short flights abroad as needed.<\/p>\n
\u200bKey Responsibilities:<\/strong> Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u200bFinancial and Budgetary Management: Building and monitoring annual budgets for each property, managing current payments, salaries, insurance, and collection.
\n\u200bData and Property History Management: Consolidating invoices for capital gains tax, insurance, acquisition history, contracts, and international fund transfers.
\n\u200bOperational Management and Supplier Relations: Ongoing work with local property managers abroad and maintenance staff in Israel, and tracking task execution in the properties.
\n\u200bLegal and Business Aspects: Drafting lease agreements, working with company headquarters, and supporting business processes in the properties.<\/p>\n
\n\u200bEducation\/Financial Background: Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, or economics \u2013 Mandatory.
\n\u200bExperience in Real Estate \/ Property Management \u2013 Mandatory.
\n\u200bLanguages: Hebrew and English at a high level (ongoing written and verbal communication abroad) \u2013 Mandatory. Fluent Russian \u2013 Mandatory.
\n\u200bAnalytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to set up and build databases from scratch and manage the financial and legal history of properties.
\n\u200bHigh intelligence, independence, initiative, and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
