We’re looking for a seasoned\u00a0PPC<\/span>\u00a0Marketing Manager to own and lead our paid advertising strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and Meta Ads. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on expert who has managed substantial advertising budgets, driven measurable B2B growth, and knows how to scale campaigns without sacrificing performance.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Do<\/strong>
\n– Plan, build, manage, and optimize\u00a0PPC<\/span>\u00a0campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
\n– Own large advertising budgets and maximize ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency.
\n– Develop and refine campaign structure, ad copy, keywords, audiences, targeting, and bidding strategies.
\n– Analyze performance data and deliver clear reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.
\n– Run continuous experiments across strategies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign types.
\n– Partner with marketing, sales, and creative teams to improve conversion across the full funnel.
\n– Identify new growth opportunities and scale paid acquisition channels.<\/p>\n

What We’re Looking For<\/strong>
\n– Proven experience managing high-budget\u00a0PPC<\/span>\u00a0campaigns with strong, measurable results.
\n– Hands-on experience with B2B lead generation campaigns.
\n– Expert-level command of Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and Meta Ads.
\n– Track record of building campaigns from scratch \u2014 strategy, setup, copy, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
\n– Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
\n– Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, tags, landing pages, and performance metrics.
\n– Native-level English, written and spoken, with the ability to write sharp, persuasive marketing copy.
\n– Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently.<\/p>\n

Nice to Have<\/strong>
\n– Experience managing a marketing team or\u00a0PPC<\/span>\u00a0specialists
\n– Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, nurture flows, automation).
\n– Familiarity with additional ad platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, or marketing automation
\n– Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.)<\/p>\n
