This leadership role is responsible for managing workflow, coaching team members, monitoring account performance, and ensuring implementation accounts move efficiently through the revenue cycle.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive hands-on medical claims follow-up experience and a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations. Experience with provider registration and enrollment is highly preferred, as this role frequently supports issue resolution during client implementations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nLead and oversee the daily workflow of the Implementation AR Follow-Up team.<br \/>\nAssign workloads based on team capacity and business priorities.<br \/>\nMonitor account health to ensure claims progress appropriately through the revenue cycle.<br \/>\nPerform quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with department standards.<br \/>\nCoach and mentor Senior Associates on claim investigation, denial resolution, payer follow-up, and implementation workflows.<br \/>\nServe as the primary resource for operational questions and escalations.<br \/>\nIdentify workflow improvements and collaborate with leadership on operational initiatives.<br \/>\nMonitor team productivity, quality metrics, and service level expectations.<br \/>\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members.<br \/>\nAssist with complex claim investigations and high-priority account escalations.<br \/>\nMaintain a limited portfolio of implementation accounts while prioritizing leadership responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum 5 years of recent, hands-on experience in medical claims follow-up, healthcare accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.<br \/>\nDirect experience working medical claims from submission through payment resolution, including denial management, payer follow-up, appeals, and claim investigation.<br \/>\nExperience identifying and resolving claim issues using payer portals, clearinghouses, and practice management systems.<br \/>\nPrevious experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a healthcare revenue cycle team.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of insurance billing guidelines, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle workflows.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.<br \/>\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare practice management software.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nProvider registration and\/or provider enrollment experience strongly preferred.<br \/>\nExperience supporting implementation or onboarding of new medical practices.<br \/>\nKnowledge of registration-related claim edits and payer enrollment processes.<br \/>\nExperience transitioning implementation accounts into ongoing AR operations.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with workflow management tools, clearinghouses, and multiple payer portals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><br \/>\nWe&#8217;re looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.
