We are seeking an experienced Title Proofer with expertise in New York and\/or New Jersey title work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing and perfecting title reports with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.<\/p>\n

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Freelance\/Contractor<\/span><\/p>\n

Location: Remote or office-based in Jerusalem<\/p>\n

Hours: Flexible – Full-time (approximately 32 hours per week) or Part-Time<\/p>\n

\n

Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proofread and review New York and\/or New Jersey title commitments and related documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Identify and correct errors, omissions, and formatting issues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure title documents meet company quality standards and applicable state requirements.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Communicate with our U.S.-based team regarding questions, revisions, and order updates.<\/p>\n

Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proven experience proofing New York and\/or New Jersey title commitments.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong written and verbal English communication skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Open to U.S. or Israeli hours<\/p>\n
