{"id":100039622,"date":"2026-07-01T17:22:49","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T17:22:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=100039622"},"modified":"2026-07-01T17:22:49","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T17:22:49","slug":"core-programs-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/job\/core-programs-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Core Programs Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.<\/pre>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Lead the planning and implementation of the organization&#8217;s core programs.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain program schedules, including educational components, trips, activities, student life, site-based experiences, and key milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that staffing, logistics, education, student life, medical, security, finance, admissions, marketing, and communications are aligned with program needs.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the central program lead for internal and external communication related to the program.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor program readiness, follow up on open issues, and ensure that key components move forward from planning through delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Support participant engagement, behavior management, group culture, and experiential enrichment in coordination with relevant staff.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Director of Education and Director of Student Life to ensure that program content and experiences support the organization&#8217;s educational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Address operational challenges during program delivery and escalate complex or sensitive issues as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Gather feedback, review program outcomes, and recommend improvements for future program cycles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<h3>Required<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in education, travel, youth programming, or nonprofit operations.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning through execution.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple departments.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
