We are looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable Project Associate to help keep our events and projects running smoothly. You\u2019ll work closely with different teams, support client communications, and help with planning, design, and logistics. \n\u2022 Help manage projects from start to finish and keep everyone on track.
\n\u2022 Create and update simple graphics and materials (using tools like Figma or Adobe XD)
\n\u2022 Assist with tech tasks like setting up tools or fixing small issues.
\n\u2022 Support virtual and in-person events \u2014 logistics, setup, and live help.
\n\u2022 Keep files, processes, and documentation organized.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and organization skills.
\n\u2022 Comfortable using digital tools and doing light design work.
\n\u2022 Able to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
\n\u2022 Experience helping with projects, events, or operations.
\n\u2022 A \u201cpeople person\u201d personality able to communicate effectively and pleasantly with multiple client requests before and during corporate events.
\n\u2022 Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver.
