We are currently looking for a Procurement & Supplier Coordination Specialist to join our international team of passionate professionals. What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n Search for new suppliers and products<\/p>\n Communicate with existing suppliers and build relationships<\/p>\n Support price negotiations and supplier agreements<\/p>\n Coordinate purchasing and delivery timelines<\/p>\n Collect product information for internal teams<\/p>\n Maintain supplier records and spreadsheets<\/p>\n Work closely with Product, Operations, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams<\/p>\n Support day-to-day operational and procurement activities<\/p>\n <\/p>\n What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier management, or operational coordination<\/p>\n Proven experience conducting supplier negotiations, including price reduction and commercial terms discussions<\/p>\n Experience working with ERP\/CRM systems (Priority and\/or Odoo – strong advantage)<\/p>\n Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/p>\n Ability to manage procurement processes in a fast-paced operational environment<\/p>\n Strong coordination and follow-up skills<\/p>\n Organized and detail-oriented mindset<\/p>\n Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Excel<\/p>\n Hebrew – fluent\/native-level<\/p>\n English – good working level<\/p>\n Ability to work onsite full-time<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n Experience in food, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or product-based businesses<\/p>\n Interest in long-term growth within the company<\/p>\nTell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
