The role includes operational oversight, community coordination, and management of a small in-house \u201cstore\u201d operation.<\/p>\n<p>Work is based on-site in Raanana, and some local travel is required. 75% time position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nManage daily operations of the Amuta<br \/>\nRun the eyeglasses store: inventory, intake, fitting coordination, and distribution<br \/>\nCoordinate with volunteers, optometrists, suppliers, and beneficiaries<br \/>\nHandle beneficiary intake, eligibility, scheduling, and follow-up<br \/>\nManage donations (financial and in-kind) and budgeting<br \/>\nManage cash flow and salaries<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with Israeli Amuta regulations and reporting requirements<br \/>\nRepresent the organization to donors, partners, and community stakeholders<br \/>\nFundraising<br \/>\nReport to the board of directors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nExperience in NGO, nonprofit, community services, or retail operations (advantage)<br \/>\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and manage volunteers<br \/>\nAdministrative and financial tracking skills<br \/>\nIdentify and implement tools to streamline operations and improve data-driven decision-making<br \/>\nProficiency in productivity tools such as Office Suite, Google Workspace, Project, data, financial management<br \/>\nLanguages &#8211; English and Hebrew proficiency<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
