About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Global Logistics Manager \/ Head of Logistics to lead and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations, with a primary focus on the US market.<\/p>\n
This role combines ownership, execution, and continuous improvement. The right candidate will take full responsibility for logistics performance while being directly involved in day-to-day operations and problem-solving.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n
Global Logistics Management<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Own and manage all international and domestic logistics activities, with a strong focus on the US market<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Oversee import (primary) and export operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customs requirements<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers<\/p>\n
US Market Expertise (B2B & E-commerce)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Lead logistics operations into and within the US, including:<\/p>\n
o Import processes, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance<\/p>\n
o Domestic transportation (FTL\/LTL, parcel, last mile)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage logistics flows supporting both:<\/p>\n
o B2B distribution (wholesale, retail, distributors)<\/p>\n
o Amazon marketplace \/ e-commerce operations (FBA\/FBM)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Build and manage relationships with US-based freight carriers and logistics partners<\/p>\n
3PL & Warehouse Management<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Establish, onboard, and manage 3PL warehouses (primarily in the US)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure alignment with both B2B and e-commerce fulfillment requirements<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Define and monitor KPIs and service levels<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment<\/p>\n
Cost Management & Optimization<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage logistics costs across freight and warehousing<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Support negotiations with logistics providers<\/p>\n
Process & Systems<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Improve logistics processes, workflows, and visibility<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Support integration and optimization of logistics flows for Amazon (FBA shipments, labelling, compliance)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure reliable data and coordination across logistics, planning, and customer operations<\/p>\n
Additional Regions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Support logistics activities in Europe and Israel as required<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 6\u201310 years of experience in global logistics \/ supply chain<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong hands-on experience with imports into the US (must)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Deep understanding of US customs, regulations, and logistics processes<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience with US domestic freight (LTL\/FTL, parcel)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Proven experience working with 3PL warehouses<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience managing freight forwarders and customs brokers (must)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience supporting B2B logistics operations in the US<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience working with Amazon marketplace logistics (FBA\/FBM) \u2013 strong advantage<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong ownership and execution capabilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Good commercial understanding and cost awareness<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to manage multiple logistics channels (B2B + e-commerce)<\/p>\n
