The Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Controller to join its Finance Department.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Audit, analyze, and reconcile revenues and expenses of the F&B department.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Conduct monthly audits of the hotel’s kitchen, restaurants, and storage facilities.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Analyze food costs and generate pricing strategies.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Perform month-end closing tasks.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Handle various administrative and office tasks.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Native-level Hebrew; very good English.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – required.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Previous hotel industry experience – required.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Experience in Front Office (Reception) or Accounting – an advantage.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Knowledge of Navision Software – an advantage.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Knowledge of Tabit and\/or Opera systems – an advantage<\/p>\n
\u25cf Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility in working hours.<\/p>\n
