You will be working in the investor relations team reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, to provide financial and compliance support to investors in ION\u2019s funds.<\/p>\n
Key Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Assist the Head of Investor Relations and the marketing team in all daily activities to support potential and existing investors in ION\u2019s funds, including: Requirements & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 3 years of experience in a similar role in a fund or other financial institution
\n\u2022 Assist investors in the completion of subscription documents and guiding them through the investment process.
\n\u2022 Liaise with the funds\u2019 administrators to ensure that all investors are signed off by them for AML purposes.\u202f Assist to collect any documentation or information from investors that will progress the sign-off.
\n\u2022 Ensure that all information for CRS filings is collected and filed as necessary.
\n\u2022 Provide investors with any information or assistance that they may need from time to time.
\n\u2022 Provide investors with any require statements of account, tax confirmations and information for tax or regulatory filings from time to time.
\n\u2022 Support investors in submitting applications to redeem funds and ensure that all redemption funds are safely received.
\n\u2022 Keep our CRM software updated with all investor and fund information and ensure that it is reconciled to the fund administrator data at all times.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Highly proficient in English and Hebrew (at mother tongue level), including speaking, reading and writing skills
