We’re looking for a hands-on, do-it-all operator who can move fluidly between UI design, front-end development, marketing operations, and cross-functional project management. You’ll use AI-first tools to build, ship, and orchestrate\u2014turning ideas into working interfaces and live campaigns quickly, while keeping the whole machine running on time.<\/p>\n

\nConduct market research and product structure design
\nSet up and manage marketing sequences, automations, and integrations within our CRM.
\nCoordinate and communicate across a multidisciplinary team\u2014developers, designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and paid ads managers\u2014keeping everyone aligned.
\nOwn project timelines end to end, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deliverables ship on schedule.
\nManage the workflow yourself where needed, and delegate or direct where it makes sense.<\/p>\n
\nHands-on experience with AI design and development tools (Figma Make, Cursor) is a plus
\nFront-end development skills: React, MUI, component-based UI is a plus
\nExperience configuring CRM marketing automations, sequences, and third-party integrations.
\nStrong communicator who can speak the language of developers, designers, writers, and marketers.
\nHighly organized, self-directed, and reliable with deadlines.
\nComfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving environment.<\/p>\n
\nSEO and paid advertising familiarity.
