HR Director: Israel-Based Remote Team<\/p>\n
A dynamic U.S.-based medical revenue company is seeking a full-time HR Director to lead and manage our HR department for a remote team based in Israel. This key leadership role will work closely with company leadership to support a professional, structured, and positive work environment while helping the company continue to grow.<\/p>\n
Position is located<\/span> in Israel, with occasional in-person responsibilities.<\/p>\n Position Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Full-time, remote position with occasional in-person responsibilities in Jerusalem Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Significant HR, management, or people-leadership experience Preferred:<\/p>\n \u2022 Master\u2019s degree in Industrial\/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
\n\u2022 Minimum 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours required
\n\u2022 Lead HR strategy and day-to-day HR operations for a growing Israel-based team
\n\u2022 Work closely with U.S. leadership and Israel-based managers

\n\u2022 Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and company culture
\n\u2022 Oversee employee engagement, retention, and professional growth initiatives
\n\u2022 Help create clear expectations, accountability structures, and communication processes across teams
\n\u2022 Manage and improve onboarding and training processes for new hires
\n\u2022 Assist with compensation discussions, role clarity, promotions, and internal growth paths
\n\u2022 Coordinate team-building activities and occasional in-person meetings or events
\n\u2022 Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Industrial\/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
\n\u2022 Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
\n\u2022 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
\n\u2022 Strong leadership presence with the ability to work effectively with managers and employees at all levels
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and lead HR functions in a remote environment
\n\u2022 Comfortable working with a U.S.-based leadership team and Israel-based employees
\n\u2022 Native-level English fluency
\n\u2022 Proficient with remote work technologies and HR-related tools
\n\u2022 Available for occasional in-person meetings or events in Jerusalem<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Experience managing HR for remote, cross-cultural, or international teams
