The Invoicing Team Remote Lead oversees a remote invoicing team operation. This role focuses on team supervision, training, workflow coordination, escalation management, process improvement, and payment-related support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and capable of leading a distributed team while improving invoicing operations and documentation.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Train, guide, and mentor invoicing team members on invoicing procedures<\/p>\n Answer invoicing team questions and provide ongoing operational support<\/p>\n Delegate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments<\/p>\n Handle escalated or complex invoicing issues<\/p>\n Serve as the primary point of contact for payment-related questions and resolutions<\/p>\n Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and performance levels<\/p>\n Document processes, workflows, and operational updates<\/p>\n Identify inefficiencies and help engineer process improvements<\/p>\n Collaborate with the Director of Invoicing on workflow optimization and team performance<\/p>\n Ensure excellent communication and coordination within the remote team environment<\/p>\n Work Environment:<\/p>\n Fully remote position<\/p>\n Leadership-focused role with minimal routine\/grunt work<\/p>\n Collaborative and fast-paced invoicing operations environment<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n Strong attention to detail and follow-through<\/p>\n Excellent communication and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n Strong organizational and documentation abilities<\/p>\n Comfortable handling escalations and resolving complex payment issues<\/p>\n Experience with Excel and QuickBooks Online<\/p>\n Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment<\/p>\n Preferred Skills:<\/p>\n Strong background in invoicing, payments, or accounts receivable operations<\/p>\n Experience leading or supervising remote teams<\/p>\n Process improvement and workflow optimization experience<\/p>\n Training and onboarding experience<\/p>\n Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across time zones<\/p>\nTell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
