If you\u2019re competitive, compassionate, hungry to grow professionally, and ready to change lives, Developers Institute is the place for you.<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 5:00 PM &#8211; 9:30 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions<\/strong><br \/>\nProactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students and businesses efficiently<br \/>\nOwn targets and manage a robust sales pipeline; build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis to drive results<br \/>\nInterview prospective students to ensure that their qualifications and interests are a match for our programs<br \/>\nWork with local businesses to develop enrollment partnerships by conveying the value of investing in their employees<br \/>\nComfort in managing pipeline through our CRM<br \/>\nHost and lead in-person info sessions to convert sales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a sales admission specialist at Developers Institute, you should be passionate about teaching and excited to take part in directly addressing the diversity imbalance in computer software careers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In addition, the following skills are required:<br \/>\n1\/2 years proven experience in consultative sales, consumer sales, enterprise sales\/partnerships, admissions or recruiting.<br \/>\nGood level of English<br \/>\nCompetitive personality ideal<br \/>\nExceptional closing skills while still remaining welcoming, understanding, and empathetic<br \/>\nGoal-oriented with experience exceeding quotas and driving for results in a target-driven environment<br \/>\nAble to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don\u2019t go your way<br \/>\nOutstanding communication skills and ability to influence others internally and externally<br \/>\nAbility to tie an individual\u2019s wants and needs into a logical solution<br \/>\nConfidence pitching to in both 1:1 and 1:many situations<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
