This role focuses on ensuring the well-being of participants through personal advising, community building, and program development.<br \/>\nThe Advisor will build meaningful relationships with b\u2019not sheirut, provide guidance and support, and help create a warm, welcoming environment both at The Base and within associated housing programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nServe as a first point of contact and advisor for lone b\u2019not sheirut throughout all stages of their service<br \/>\nMeet regularly with participants at The Base, their workplaces, and occasionally their residences<br \/>\nProvide guidance on challenges, well-being, and navigating service frameworks<br \/>\nMaintain relationships with major b\u2019not sheirut organizations to ensure proper care and support<br \/>\nIdentify and address issues that arise during service<\/p>\n<p>Programs &amp; Community Engagement:<br \/>\nWork closely with the Events Coordinator to plan and execute programs tailored to the b\u2019not sheirut community<br \/>\nTake an active role in Base programming and events<br \/>\nPlan and run regular programs and activities within the Jerusalem housing residence<br \/>\nHelp foster a strong, inclusive, and supportive community environment<\/p>\n<p>Housing Program Oversight:<br \/>\nSupport and help develop programming for the Jerusalem residence for female lone soldiers and b\u2019not sheirut<br \/>\nCreate engaging and meaningful experiences for residents<br \/>\nEnsure a positive and supportive living environment<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sheirut Leumi experience<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\nWarm, approachable, and able to make others feel at home<br \/>\nProactive and confident in initiating conversations and building relationships<br \/>\nCreative, organized, and a team player<br \/>\nMature, responsible, and committed to supporting others<br \/>\nFull Hebrew and English proficiency<br \/>\nPreferred:<br \/>\nAdditional languages (French, Spanish, Russian)<br \/>\nFormer lone bat sheirut<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
